Track package or check order status?

Once you have successfully placed an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation via email. We will then prepare this order for shipping within three business days. Once your package is ready for shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us, including a track-and-trace code to track the shipment.

Received a track-and-trace code, but delivery is taking longer than expected?

If you have received an order confirmation and a shipping confirmation, and the delivery is taking longer than what we communicate here on our website, it often has one of the following reasons:

Busy period around special days
Due to high demand around Black Friday, during the holiday season, or during our Christmas sale, a package might experience delays due to high demand at our end and/or with our carrier.

International delivery
Since international shipments are sent from the Netherlands through various transportation channels, it's possible that a package takes longer to arrive than what we communicate here on our website. This can also result in limited status updates for the track and trace code provided to you via email.

Order consists of multiple packages
Large orders or orders with big or heavy items might be shipped in multiple packages, and you will receive multiple track-and-trace codes. It's possible that not all shipments arrive on the same day; please check the track-and-trace codes for more information.

Received a track-and-trace code, delayed by less than three days?
Since the package is still within three business days of the expected delivery timeframe, there's nothing we can do at this moment. Once this timeframe has passed, you can contact us >

If the delivery is delayed by more than three business days compared to what we communicate here on our website, please contact us >
