What are the customer loyalty program benefits?

The new customer loyalty system of FelinaWorld is live!

Every registered customer will receive a discount with their order placed at FelinaWorld. The entire catalogue is subject to discounts from our Loyalty program. The discount can start from 2,5% up until 12% with every article within your order!

The discount rate will be linked to different customer levels. There are 5 levels with different discount rates:

(1) General (= registered) = 2,5% discount

(2) Loyal Customers – Bronze = 5% discount

(3) Loyal Customers – Silver = 7% discount

(4) Loyal Customers – Gold = 10% discount

(5) Loyal Customers – Platinum = 12% discount

What is my customer level?

When you log in to your customer account, you can check your customer level.

Your customer level is based on the total order amount you have spent in our webshop in the past two years. 

Applicability of the loyalty program discounts

The discounts for the various customer levels do not apply to articles with special offers. When an item is offered with a special discount already, the loyalty discount does not apply. Loyalty discounts and special promotions do not add up. 

How do I get the right discount for my customer level?

You don’t have to do anything. Depending on the group you are in, the loyalty discount will automatically be applied in our shop. The product catalogue price in the shop will be displayed with the loyalty discount corresponding to your customer level. The only thing you have to do is log in when you want to place an order. If you are not logged in, the loyalty discount will not be displayed and the normal price will be shown and will apply.

How do I register for the loyalty program? 

If you don’t have a customer account yet, create a customer account to benefit the loyalty program members benefits! Simply by registering you will receive already 2.5% discount on your purchases within our catalogue.
