How do I return or exchange a product ?

At Felina World, you have a 14-day right of return from the moment you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, have received the items. After inspecting your return, we will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method you used to place the order. You can expect a credit from our payment provider, Buckaroo, in your account.

How to Return an Order:

You can return the items via the parcel service that is most convenient for you to the return address provided below. The costs incurred by the parcel service for this return will not be reimbursed by us.

Include the completed return document with your return shipment and submit it to a parcel service as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt. Remember to keep the proof of your return shipment, which you will receive from the parcel service. This document will have the track-and-trace code, allowing you to see when the goods have arrived at our location.

We request that you return the products to us in an undamaged condition and in their original packaging. Additionally, we expect you to handle the items in a manner that would allow us to make another customer happy with them. In other words, the item must remain sellable. If your return does not meet the expectations mentioned above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or to deduct the depreciation of the item from your purchase amount.

We will refund the money for the items you have returned within five working days after receiving the items, using the same payment method you used to place the order.
